What is the Role of Women in Ministry

In the various branches of the work of God's cause, there is a wide field in which our sisters may do good service for the Master.... Among the noble women who have had the moral courage to decide in favor of the truth for this time are many who have tact, perception, and good ability, and who may make successful workers. The labors of such Christian women are needed.”—Evangelism, 466.

“The Lord has a work for women, as well as for men.... They can come close to the hearts of those whom men cannot reach.” (The Review and Herald, August 26, 1902.)

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.  She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.  Proverbs 31:10, 26-31
